WHAT IS ICCA?
ICCA stands for International Congress and Convention Association. ICCA represents the main specialists in organising, transporting and accommodating international meetings and events, and comprises 900 member companies and organisations in 85 countries worldwide.
Membership in ICCA is by application and subject to the approval of our Board of Directors and payment of fees.

WHAT IS ICCA ASIA PACIFIC CHAPTER?
ICCA Asia Pacific Chapter is a regional structure within ICCA, bounded in the East by Japan and the West by India, in the North by China P.R. and the South by New Zealand.
The purpose of this Chapter is to enhance cooperation amongst members in the Asia Pacific region through education and training; promotion and networking; and sharing of information and business leads in order to:
The membership of the Chapter consists of all ICCA members located in the Asia Pacific region. Upon becoming a member of ICCA, a member located in this region shall automatically become a member of this Chapter.
The Chapter shall try to meet at least four times each year, and these Chapter meetings will coincide with major industry activities, namely AIME, IMEX/EIBTM, IT&CMA and the ICCA General Assembly.
WHO ARE ICCA ASIA PACIFIC CHAPTER MEMBERS?
ICCA Asia Pacific Chapter has 156 members in 16 countries. Our members include congress travel & destination management companies, airlines, professional congress, convention and/or exhibition organisers, convention bureaux, tourist boards & government departments, meeting information and technical specialists, meetings hotels, congress, convention & exhibition centres.

ABOUT ICCA ASIA PACIFIC The ICCA Asia Pacific Regional Office was established on 1 January 1998 in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia to provide better membership support for Asia Pacific members. As a representative office of the ICCA Head Office in the Netherlands, this office aims to initiate and organise more ICCA activities in this region so as to enhance the value of membership for ICCA members.
Another important objective of this office is to increase the ICCA network within this region. In addition, ICCA Asia Pacific also serves as the secretariat for ICCA Asia Pacific Chapter.
